Conference USA Announces Postseason Awards
Conference USA announced its 2018 volleyball all-conference teams on Wednesday with 11 of 13 programs represented across first, second and all-freshman teams.
Southern Miss’ Grandy, Bell Headline C-USA Weekly Honorees
A pair of Golden Eagle seniors claimed C-USA weekly honors as Kylie Grandy was elected as Offensive Player of the Week and Sarah Bell took home Defensive Player of the Week. Ivone Martinez of Florida Atlantic boasted her fourth Setter of the Week selection and Rice newcomer Anota Adekunle received her first Freshman of the Week honor.
Reaching 1,000: The Newest 1,000 Kill & 1,000 Dig Club Members
Six players joined the 1,000 kill club and six more registered their 1,000th dig on Week 6. Five players are approaching the even more elite 1,000-kill, 1,000-dig club.

Week 2 of the NCAA saw two more players join the 1,000/1,000 club. In addition, 10 players reached the 1,000 kill club and eight surpassed 1,000 career digs.
