The Virginia high school tournaments are all completed now concluding with 6 championships for this past 2016 season. All the tournament play was staged at Stuart C. With many teams returning back to familiar territory and teams looking to keep the title or looking for revenge, the Virginia High School League Championships had very interesting turnouts.

Each division is divided up into different groups labeled 6A-1A. The six groups are classified by how many students are enrolled in each division, 6A having the most enrolled and 1A having the least enrolled.
