2017 FIVB BEACH VOLLEYBALL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS – VIENNA

Evandro Goncalves and Andre Loyola fought through over a week’s worth of competition and stifling heat to take the men’s gold medal of the Vienna Beach World Championships over Clemens Doppler and Alexander Horst.

It was a strong serving day for Goncalves, having six aces in the match. Loyola became the youngest Beach World Champion at just 22 years old.

The two players leaned on each other heavily throughout not only the finals match but the entire tournament and season. Both players contribute their part on the court, making their chances of success much higher. Below you can watch some of the highlights from the finals match.
