Eight Teams Move on To AVP New York Open Main Draw
In a stacked qualifying pool, only four teams per gender advanced through Thursday’s matches into the main draw. Seeds 2, 3, 5 and 9 made it through on the women’s side, while No. 1 qualifier Melissa Humana-Paredes/Sarah Pavan were knocked out. On the men’s side, seeds 1, 2, 4 and 6 advanced, including top seed Ty Loomis/Piotr Marciniak.

VolleyMob first, second and third team All-America honors recognize the top three teams from courts 1 through 5.
