SUN Conference Volleyball league play continues this weekend with a full slate of action. This weekend’s schedule is highlighted by a number of battles of unbeatens, as FGCU hosts Kennesaw State; a rematch of the 2017 ASUN Championship Final. Liberty also puts their unblemished ASUN mark on the line when they take on fellow undefeated, Lipscomb.

Week 2 Update: Meet the Newest 1,000 Club Members
Week 2 of the NCAA saw two more players join the 1,000/1,000 club. In addition, 10 players reached the 1,000 kill club and eight surpassed 1,000 career digs.
Ain’t It Grand: Carroll, Grandy Join Elite 1,000/1,000 Club
Although they are sure to get some more company over the coming weeks, there are just six active players in the 1,000-kill/1,000 dig club with the two newest members joining the party last weekend.
FGCU’s Amanda Carroll Joins Elite 1,000/1,000 Club
FGCU senior outside hitter Amanda Carroll needed just three digs on Friday to put her name among an elite group of athletes, those with 1,000 career kills and 1,000 digs and she got just that, posting the milestone save in Set 3 of the team’s sweep of New Mexico State.
