With much of the Top 15 idle this week, much of the rankings remained in tact for Week 12.

No. 4 UC Irvine was the lone team in the Top 5 in action and the Anteaters made quick work of USC in a Saturday sweep.

No. 6 Loyola held its ground with sweeps of then No. 12 Ball State and No. 15 Fort Wayne. The Ramblers will be tested Thursday in a road match against No. 9 Ohio State.

The Buckeyes are coming into the matchup after a sweep of Quincy on Friday and a five-set win over Lindenwood on Sunday.

No. 10 Lewis picked up a pair of MIVA sweep, topping Fort Wayne on Thursday and Ball State on Saturday.

With the losses to Loyola and Lewis, Ball State dropped a spot to No. 12, trading spots with UC Santa Barbara.

No. 13 Grand Canyon and No. 14 Concordia Irvine faced off on Friday with the Lopes winning in four sets at home. The Golden Eagles then rebounded with a four-set win over Benedictine and Ottawa on Saturday.
