2017 FIVB VOLLEYBALL WORLD LEAUGE – GROUP 1
The FIVB World League featured a number of amazing plays and even more amazing rallies over the course of the five days of competition. Men’s volleyball is often a quick turnover game because of the pure strength the men provide, but these five rallies prove that defensive abilities of the teams competing, which makes the matches more exciting.
France was able to take the World League title this season over Brazil in a challenging five-set match. Earvin Ngapeth was a dominant factor in the Frenchmen’s success in the finals, as was Stephen Boyer. Boyer was the go-to guy in the preliminary rounds, as Ngapeth was out with an apparent injury.
