Brankica Mihajlovic Reacts To Her Role For Serbia (Video)

Brankica Mihajlovic has been a strong point for the Serbia crew in the World Grand Prix, helping the team to a 6-1 record so far. After week one, Mihajlovic was named as the player of the week, leading all players in points scored with 57.

Now, after two weeks of play, Mihajlovic ranks fourth in scoring with 117 points on 104 kills, eight blocks and five aces. She has a high hitting efficiency of 44.44%.

Mihajlovic is the go-to player for the Serbia squad, with her being the only player to contribute big numbers throughout the World Grand Prix for the Serbians. The next closest scorer to Mihajlovic is Stefana Veljkovic with 55 points.

In week three, the Serbians will take on Russia, China and Japan in Pool G1. To stay atop the rankings the Serbian crew will need to win their matches and win them in three or four sets as to collect the most amount of points. They currently sit atop the rankings with a 6-1 record, after defeating Russian on day one of week three in straight sets.
